How it works
- Tell a farm about us. A neighbour, a customer of yours, a farm down the road: anyone who hasn't had us out before.
- They mention your name when they book. On the phone or by text, or in the “Referred by” box on the request form.
- We wash their farm. Same as any job: we agree the day and the price with them first.
- You get 10% off your next service. Once their first wash is done and paid, we take 10% off your next service (before HST).
Send us a farm
The easiest way is to give the farm our number: (519) 429-3345. Or call or text us with the farm's name and number, and your own name. Ask them first: we'll only call them if they've said it's OK, and we'll call once, saying you sent us.
Referral terms
- A new farm is one that hasn't booked a wash with us before. Your own farm, or one you run or share, doesn't count.
- Name it at booking. The farm needs to name you when they book. If two people refer the same farm, the reward goes to the first name they give us.
- When you earn it. The reward is earned once the new farm's first wash is done and paid for.
- What you get. 10% off the price of your next service, before HST. It comes off a service, not as cash, and can't be swapped, sold or passed to someone else.
- One reward per new farm. Refer more than one farm and you earn a reward for each. One reward is used per service; any others carry over to the services after it.
- Use it within 12 months of the day you earned it.
- Other offers. A referral discount doesn't combine with another discount on the same service.
- Changes. We may change or end the referral offer. Rewards already earned still apply under the terms that were in place when you earned them.
