Same spot.
Before and after.

Real jobs, real proof — drag the handle to compare. Most pairs are lined up from the same spot; where they aren't, the caption says so. Nothing is added or removed.

03 · Wash day

How a mobile wash works.

The same order every time, so nothing gets missed and nothing gets washed twice.

  1. Book around your dates

Tell us the week that suits — or when the animals ship and the next group arrives. We plan the wash so the barn is dry in time.

  2. We bring the rig

Our mobile rig and crew come to your yard. We set up where you say and work around your day.

  3. Soak, then wash top-down

Hot or cold water, ceilings first, then walls, equipment and floors — so dirt only moves down and out.

  4. Disinfect, then walk through

We disinfect per label where it’s needed, then walk the barn with you before we pack up.

Every farm has its wash dates — the yearly dairy barn wash, pits after pump-out, fans before summer, heaters before winter, grain systems between harvests. Here’s how long each takes. Send a request whenever it suits, or call on short notice: if we have room, we’ll come.

07 · References

Don’t take our word for it.
Ask a farm near you.

Most farmers hear about us from a neighbour, their vet or their field rep. We’ll put you in touch with a customer in your county who runs the same kind of barn — a call or a visit, your choice.

How references work

  1. Tell us your county and barn type.
  2. We ask a matching customer if they’re happy to talk.
  3. You get their name and number — no sales pitch from us.

08 · Paperwork

The paperwork farmers ask for — before we start.

Proof, not adjectives. Ask for any certificate before we start.

  • Mobile wash rig

Our trailer rig carries hot and cold water pressure washers and hoses, not water. We hook up to yours — show us a hydrant or tap.

  • WSIB clearance

Current certificate with its valid-to date — ask for a copy before we start.

  • Liability insurance

Commercial general liability — ask for the certificate before we start.

  • Soaps & disinfectants

Animal-safe soaps when needed, to your farm’s specs. Disinfectants with a Health Canada DIN, or your vet’s choice.

  • Manure pit safety

We wash from the rim or the open end. Any entry into a covered pit is planned with you first, with gas testing and a rescue plan, or we don’t go in.

  • Heights & lifts

Long wands from the floor where they reach. Lift work is agreed with you before the day.

11 · Questions

Straight answers.

Something else on your mind? Call or text — you’ll talk to the crew, not a call centre.

How do you fit between shipping and placement?

Tell us the ship date and the placement date. We start right after the animals leave so the barn has time to dry — a typical barn takes one to two days on site.

How long does a wash take?

Most barns take one to two days on site; a livestock trailer takes two to four hours, and a dairy barn one to three days. Drying is extra. Your quote confirms yours.

Do you disinfect, and with what?

Yes, when your farm needs it: a disinfectant with a Health Canada DIN, applied per label, or the product your vet specifies.

Do I need to supply the water?

Yes. Our rig carries hot and cold water pressure washers and hoses, not water. We hook up to your hydrant or tap. If your well is slow or also waters the herd, tell us when you book.

Hot water or cold?

Both: our washers run hot or cold, whichever the job needs. Hot water is quicker on grease and caked-on manure; cold water does for dust and rinsing.

Do you have WSIB clearance and liability insurance?

Yes. We carry WSIB clearance and commercial general liability insurance. Ask for the certificates before we start.

How do you price, and how far do you travel?

By the job, after a few questions or photos — you get a price before we book. We work across Southern Ontario, from Windsor to Kingston and from Lake Erie to Georgian Bay. Near the edge of the map? Call or text and ask.

Do you pump or spread manure?

No. We wash manure pits after your licensed applicator pumps them out. Pumping, agitating and spreading stay with them.

Can you come on short notice?

Call or text (519) 429-3345. If we have room, we’ll come.
